Humanizing Assessment:
More Than Just Numbers

How do we as assessment professionals cultivate participatory relationships with faculty and staff? How do our own professional identities influence our work with staff and faculty in assessment? Which theories have shaped our current practices in assessment? What strategies have we used to develop healthy assessment cultures that allow for inclusive best practices to occur? How do we involve the most important voice in our assessment conversations- the students?
This event offers assessment professionals, higher education administrators and faculty, and education practitioners an opportunity to network, exchange knowledge, and share experiences for supporting faculty, students and staff with assessment. Attendees will have access to professional development at all levels, from novice to advanced, and opportunities to interact with colleagues from across the New England region and beyond through workshops, presentations, table talks, and many discussions.
Registration Types:
Attendance at the NEean Fall Forum is limited to our membership
Registration: $250 (includes registration and membership in NEean (through September 1, 2024))
Registration for NEean Members already renewed through September 2024: $150
Graduate Student Registration (for full-time graduate students only): $100 (includes registration and membership in NEean through September 1, 2024)
Photo Opt Out Release: A photographer will be taking pictures at the Fall Forum on November 4 for the NEEAN website and other marketing purposes. Individual names of attendees will not be used in any media posting. If you would like to "opt out" and not have your image appear in photographs or other media, please complete a Photo Opt Out Release at registration.
